You will be invited to:

  • Parent Information Session
  • Open Night
  • Scheduled parent meetings (as needed throughout the year)

Managing Concerns and Questions

  • Your classroom teacher is your first point of contact
    • Note down your concerns and questions
    • Arrange a meeting with the teacher to discuss your child’s needs
    • If your concern is not resolved, it may be referred to a Deputy Principal

Connectivity – We communicate with families through:

  • Urgent and Important: Phone call/Text message
  • Reminders and updates: Connect Messaging / Compass
  • Class room teachers: Compass
  • Newsletter

You must advise us about:

  • Changes to your family circumstances
  • Medical issues, contagious disease, head lice
  • Safety issues or changes in behaviour at home
  • Academic concerns and social progress
  • Challenges with managing homework
  • Custody changes
