School Network

Illawarra Primary School is a proud member of the Ballandjarra Network, a collaborative network of local public schools working together to deliver high-quality education and positive outcomes for all students.

The network includes Illawarra Primary School, Ballajura Primary School, Alinjarra Primary School, South Ballajura Primary School, South Ballajura Education Support Centre, and Ballajura Community College. Through a shared focus on strong leadership, effective teaching, and connected learning, schools align priorities, share expertise, and support consistent practice from Kindergarten to Year 12.

Students benefit from collaborative enrichment programs in Maths, The Arts, and Physical Education, as well as structured transition support into secondary school, particularly Ballajura Community College. Staff also engage in shared professional learning, strengthening teaching quality and outcomes across the network.
